Track record of supporting

complex mental health

There's so much to enjoy in life when we have the right support.

Our team has helped dozens of people with complex needs to navigate the tough days and grow stronger through the process.

Experience counts - getting mental health factors right

We'll always make time for you when you need it

We'll take the time to stop what we're doing.  You're more important to us than doing paperwork or other things.  We'll make sure you're well-looked after when you're spending time with us.

Take care of the big factors in complex mental health

Mental Health improves when the jigsaw pieces fit together:

  1. Highly-skilled people who care about you.
  2. Experienced supporters who are on your side.
  3. People who take the time for you.
  4. Someone you can talk to when things are tough.
  5. Encouragement from someone who really knows you.
  6. Others who can see the world from a similar perspective, and appreciate your values.

Focusing on the vitals - 'complex mental health' factors

Regardless of what NDIS services you are using, or who is providing them, these are other factors to look for.  Complex mental health issues are easier to manage when your service provider is getting the day-to-day things right consistently to really look after people.

1. Highly-skilled people who care about you

You deserve to work with highly-skilled professionals who are not only experts in their field but are also genuinely passionate about your well-being. We know that mental health is complex, and having someone who truly cares about you makes all the difference.

You're not just a case file; you're a person we deeply care for.

2. Experienced supporters who are on your side

Having experienced supporters by your side can be a game changer when it comes to mental health. Look for a team with years of experience in providing the right support at the right time.

If you can't find that with your current providers, then we are here to advocate for you, ensuring you feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.

3. People who take the time for you - who make the time

Time is one of the most valuable things we can give, and we make sure to offer plenty of it. We believe in taking the time to understand your unique situation, needs, and goals. Whether it's through a conversation or a simple check-in, mental health is easier when you have people to listen and provide the care you deserve.

4. Someone you can talk to when things are tough

Life can be challenging, and having someone to talk to can make all the difference. You need supporters who will provide a safe and supportive space for you to share your thoughts and feelings. No matter how tough things get, you'll always need to have someone on your side to help you through it.

5. Encouragement from someone who really knows you

Encouragement is powerful, especially when it comes from someone who truly understands you. Look for people who take the time to get to know you on a deeper level so that when you need a boost, it's not just words—it's meaningful support from someone who genuinely knows and cares about you.

6. Others who can see the world from a similar perspective, and appreciate your values.

It's easy to feel alone in life, but it's so much nicer when others can see us, appreciate us and who share our values.  Sure, there will always be things that people view differently, but there is so much that we have in common that we can enjoy together - so let's treasure those things.

Family support groups

Supporting people in your family through their tough times is so vital, but can take a lot out of you.

That's why we support everyone in your 'support bubble' who needs it.  We are particularly aware to support parents every step of the way too - because well supported parents can make such a big difference in the long run.
